Attorneys
Don Zuelke was a public defender in the Cook County and Kane County Public Defender’s Offices for almost 17 years before going into private practice in 2002. He has represented thousands of individuals in criminal defense matters, including everything from DUI cases and various misdemeanor and felony cases to first-degree murder. He was formerly a member of the Capital Litigation Trial Bar, qualified to represent clients in death penalty cases, but was glad to see the official end of the death penalty in Illinois in 2011. He represents clients primarily in criminal defense matters in all state and local courts in Kane, Kendall, DuPage, DeKalb, and surrounding counties.
